You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days.

 Easy 3-Step Return Process:

Step 1: Visit our Contact Us section and provide your order number, delivery address, and the email address used to place the order. Alternatively, you can email us directly at support@nextek-store.com.

Step 2: We will send you a prepaid return label for your convenience. Simply place the product back in its original packaging and drop it off at the post office.

Step 3: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

 Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or item, simply follow the same steps as above. We will order the new item from our supplier within 5 business days and handle the rest as a regular order.
